Each week we receive numerous phonecalls and emails from customers with workholding problems. Our friendly staff are always on hand to listen to problems and will always work with the customer to try to find the best solution.
Sometimes we have simply offered free advice over the phone, whilst sometimes we have modified a collet's design to suit the needs of the customer. What seems to be a big problem to the customer may actually be solved quite easily and quickly by contacting our staff, who may have worked on a similar problem in the past.
